Kagan Logistics Pty Ltd acknowledges and takes seriously its obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (as amended by the Privacy Amendment Private Sector Act 2000) and its associated National Privacy Principles (NPP’s). Kagan Logistics is therefore taking all reasonable steps to comply with the Act and to protect the privacy of any personal or corporate information held by it.

- Non Account Customers
- Sub-Contractors
- Employees
The personal information held by Kagan Logistics will vary depending on your relationship with Kagan Logistics. It may include your name, address, phone/fax/mobile numbers, e-mail address, credit card details (for those purchasing services that do not hold an account), banking details, and taxation details. If you choose not to provide personal information we may not be able to provide you with the services you require.

The accuracy of the information is, however, dependent to a large extent on the information with which we are provided. Kagan Logistics strongly recommends that you:

* keep us up-to-date with changes to your personal information
Whilst we take all due care and diligence in protecting the security, confidentiality and privacy of the information submitted by you, we cannot guarantee that our systems will be completely free from third party interception or damage to information transmitted by email which is caused by viruses. However we will do all we can to prevent security breaches such as regularly updating our security software. When you submit your personal information to us, it is sent across a secure server equipped with “firewall” software, which is able to prevent unauthorised access to our systems. Kagan Logistics will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information if it is no longer needed for any purpose.
Access to Personal Information
You have the right to access your personal information, subject to some exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please contact us. Kagan Logistics reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for and providing access to your personal information.

The primary purpose for the collection of your personal information is to consider you for employment with Kagan Logistics, both now and any time in the future. Your personal information is not disclosed outside Kagan Logistics for recruitment purposes. The main consequence of personal information not being provided is that we may not be able to consider you for employment with Kagan Logistics.
