Meet Leonard Singh -
NSW Customer Service Representative
2006 was a big year for Leonard - joining Kagan Logistics as a Customer Service Representative and commencing two years part-time study to obtain a Diploma of Logistics.
"When I applied for the role at Kagan Logistics I found out about the Company’s commitment to training and opportunities for advancement based on relevant study and work experience. So on securing the role at Kagan, I decided to obtain a Diploma in Logistics to support my work experience (over 10 years) and enhance my marketability for advancement though Kagan.
"Kagan Logistics have been very supportive of my studies to date. I thought I had a good working knowledge of logistics before commencing the Diploma, but it has taught me so much more:
- how to handle pressure at the workplace
- how to build customer relationships
- how to delegate duties
- how to understand and apply OH&S procedures
"Most of all, the Diploma and my Kagan colleagues have shown me how important it is to maintain a proactive attitude.
"Nearing the end of the Logistics Diploma, something I never thought I’d do, I am now looking forward to undertaking the Logistics degree in the not too distant future.
