Meet Daniel Clutterbuck - Trainee Operations Manager
Daniel joined Kagan Logistics in 2002 as a network technician, after gaining three years IT work experience within a small business environment.
"I initially heard about Kagan through a friend who was already a member of Kagan’s IT team. I was really impressed by what I was told about Kagan - a great company to work for, with great people and a family atmosphere – so I applied for the network technician’s role, somehow managed to land the job, and over the last few years progressed to the position of Network/Systems Administrator.
"In 2006, I joined Kagan Logistics inaugural Mentor Program to gain a clearer understanding of the business outside of IT, and to obtain a broader understanding and appreciation of the operation so that I could improve the level of IT support the operational team receives. The Program also gives me the opportunity to discuss my career ambitions and training requirements.
"I recently moved into an Operations role and am now involved in Kagan’s Management Development Program. This Program will enable me to move throughout the Company and its various sites. Allowing me to experience and learn all aspects of Kagan’s operations." |
