OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
At Kagan Logistics we are continually looking at how we can improve the services provided to our customers.
Our commitment to quality is reflected throughout our operations. Kagan Logistics is certified under Lloyd’s Quality Register Code JAS/ANZ ISO9001 as a quality provider of warehousing, container packaging and unpacking, distribution and transport services. We achieved this certification in 1993 and have ensured that interstate locations become certified once established.
The Kagan Management System (KMS) records any incidents that impact upon Kagan’s ability to meet both our customers and our own service expectations. This system helps us to evaluate the way we do things and continually improve and learn from our mistakes.
The safety of staff, customers and sub-contractors is paramount to Kagan Logistics and therefore the Company has implemented numerous safety systems that comply with relevant health and safety legislation, regulations, codes, standards and practices.
We also use the latest transport and logistics technology throughout our operations, supported by a highly skilled in-house team of IT specialists. This team is constantly reviewing developments within the IT industry to ensure Kagan stay at the forefront of logistics information technology services. |
